Installation - Hardware and Software installations can now be carried out in your home. Printers, scanners, digital cameras etc.. you name it we will install it.
Charge - £10

Homecall is designed so that customers can have their PCs repaired or serviced in the comfort of their own homes. If the PC does require to be removed to our workshop, it will be picked up and returned free of charge.
Charge - £15 to £20

Homecall Plus is designed to give the customer the peace of mind, that if their PC requires any repairs or installations then they will not incur any labour charges during the term of the contract. This contains the same benefits as Homecall but, for a small yearly charge, you will not pay any labour charges on any repairs or installations. If there have been less than 3 callouts within the terms of the contract then you will receive a FREE service (worth £25)
Charge - £60 for 1 year labour coverage.

Virus Removal is designed to remove any virus or spyware infections that may be running on your PC. These can lead to your PC running slowly, crashing or even using your PC for illegal activities.
Charge - £20

Health Check is ideally designed for those PCs that appear to be running slowly or are consistently crashing. The PC will receive a full health check, hardware and Operating System. Once a report has been produced we will contact you to discuss what actions should be taken next. At no time will you be pushed into buying any upgrades that your system may require. There is also no labour charge for any upgrades installed during the Service. Each Service receives a complimentary virus and spyware check & removal if required.

Broadband & Wireless Networking is designed for those users who wish to access their broadband internet connection and share their printer between multiple PCs located in the home. Wireless access also allows you to use your computer or laptop from any location in the house or even in the garden. We are also able to supply all the required hardware, please call for the latest prices.
